Private Meeting Room Rentals
Beyond the B2B Meetings Program, there are dedicated Private Meeting Rooms available for rent for one or both days during the Show. They are located on the Convention and Summit Levels of the Halifax Convention Centre. Rooms range in size from 600 to 1800 square feet. Tables and chairs in each room are included and can be configured to your specifications. Audio/Visual support and Food & Beverage can also be ordered for a fee.

CONVENTION LEVEL
The Convention Level has been re-designed to increase the number of dedicated Private Meeting Rooms available for rent on this level. Rooms 102 through 109 are available.
