Academic Showcase
The Ballroom Level is a new addition to the event’s footprint over the last two years and allows us to offer a much enhanced layout to support this year’s event. The level includes a space for displays in the newly added Academic Showcase. Booths in this space are limited to academic institutions, training programs and agencies.
This portion of our Exhibition creates a space where our attendees from industry, government, and the military can meet exhibitors to show what they do and offer the chance for discussions on future collaboration.

BOOTH SPACE DETAILS
Base Booth Fee: $750.00 + 15% HST per 10′ x 10′ space
Each 10′ x 10′ includes:
- 8′ high by 10′ wide pipe and drape back wall with 3′ high pipe & drape side walls; other configurations may be possible at the request of the exhibitor or needs of the vendor
- The entire exhibition hall is carpeted; if you require additional carpeting for your booth, it must be coordinated and purchased through Global Convention Services
- One (1) standard table and one (1) standard fabric chair are included and shall be provided by Global Convention Services.
- Additional booth furnishings, etc. can be coordinated through Global Convention Services
Passes are allocated as follows:
- There are NO passes included with booth spaces.
- Individual Full Academic Professional Passes (meals NOT included) can be purchased by those organizations exhibiting for a fee of $100 + HST. One-day pricing is also available for $60 + HST.
Electrical connections:
- One duplex (two outlet) electrical connection, rated at 110V, 15A is included at no extra cost REGARDLESS of booth size
- Additional connections can be requested at a cost of $125 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex) if ordered by the Pre-Show Deadline of September 16, 2024; orders placed AFTER that date up until the Ordering Deadline of September 24, 2024 will be at a cost of $138 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex). Contact Global Convention Services to inquire and place an order.
- If special arrangements are required for electrical such as larger, more complex configurations, different than standard amperages or a 220V feed, then contact Global Convention Services direcly to get a quote arranged for you.
Booth add-ons include:
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Exhibition Hall. However, if your display requires a Direct-Wired Internet Connection it must be requested well in advance of the Show. There are a variety of wired options available at this venue. Contact Global Convention Services to inquire and place an order.
